Hi I’m Sam

I think when we are able to slow down enough and to listen to our nervous system, to feeding cues, to emotions, to grief, and lean into physical and mental rest, we create the conditions for healing, regulation, and connection.

My role is to show-up with evidence-based education, skilled hands, compassionate presence, and curiosity so you can make decisions that feel aligned with your needs and values.

Support is not just for the birth or the baby, but for the parent(s) becoming, the relationships evolving and, and building the community that surrounds you.

Through recovering after birth, navigating feeding challenges, caring for a fussy infant, or possibly grieving the loss of your pregnancy, you deserve care that honors your experience without rushing toward an outcome.

Healing isn't always about fixing.
Sometimes healing looks like feeling safe.
Sometimes it looks like being witnessed.
Sometimes it looks like finally taking a deep breath.
