About Me

I’m a birthworker, educator, and mother of three boys. I believe deeply in the wisdom of the body, the importance of feeling supported, and creating space for people to find their own way through the big, beautiful, messy seasons of becoming a parent.

When I’m not teaching or spending time with other families you’ll find me with my boys who I’m fairly certain are responsible for at least a few of my gray hairs. We do a little bit of everything from spending time in the backyard, long days at the river, or convincing myself that whatever trail we chose definitely counts as a hike. We love a good Lego build, Nerf wars, or fully committing to an elaborate round of dress-up.

I’m an adventurous eater, an enthusiastic starter of creative projects (finishing them is another story), and an extroverted introvert who loves a good conversation almost as much as disappearing with a good book and a quiet house.

Motherhood has shaped so much of who I am. It has taught me to slow down, stay curious, laugh at the chaos, and trust that there is rarely just one right way to do things.
