Childbirth Education
Maybe you're feeling excited but don't know where to start, or maybe you've spent hours researching online and now have more questions than answers.
This is a time to discuss your birth preferences and concerns, and even bring your “I don't know what I don't know.” We'll sort through it together, explore what matters most to you, your hopes and concerns, and build knowledge you can draw on during labor and birth.
Education that is tailored to you, your partner, your pregnancy, and the kind of birth experience you're preparing for. We'll talk through labor and birth, explore your options, and practice hands-on comfort measures and other tools that can help you find what feels supportive during labor.
My goal isn't to tell you what kind of birth you should have. My hope is to give you the knowledge, practical tools, and confidence to participate fully in your birth experience.

“Breastfeeding is natural“ and it’s also a learned skill. Having a little knowledge before your baby arrives can make those first days feel less overwhelming.
Private prenatal lactation education gives you the opportunity to learn what to expect, ask questions, and build realistic expectations for feeding your baby.
You don't have to have it all figured out before your baby arrives it’s just nice to feel informed, supported, and prepared.

Postpartum Planning
Prepare For Your Fourth Trimester, Not Just Your Birth.
So much of pregnancy preparation focuses on getting ready for labor and meeting your baby. But what happens when you come home?
A postpartum planning session gives you and your partner the space to think beyond the birth and prepare for the physical, emotional, and practical realities of life with a new baby.
Together, we'll look at what your family may need during those early weeks, explore where support could make the biggest difference, and create a plan that feels realistic for you.
There is no perfect postpartum plan and there doesn't need to be.
We'll talk through the transition into life with a new baby, make space for your questions and concerns, and explore practical ways to make those first weeks feel a little more supported.
You don't have to wait until you're exhausted to ask for support. Planning for postpartum is part of preparing for your baby.
