Two women are in a living room with a gray couch and red pillows. One woman with tattoos, wearing glasses and a yellow shirt, is kneeling on the carpet, looking at a baby. The other woman with dark hair, wearing a blue sleeveless top, is sitting on the couch holding the baby and looking at someone or something outside the frame.

Lactation Support

Lactation support offers compassionate, evidence-based education and guidance tailored to you and your baby. Together, we can explore latch and positioning, feeding patterns, pumping, milk supply, bottle feeding, and other concerns that may arise along the way.

My goal isn't to tell you how you should feed your baby. It's to help you understand what's happening, feel more confident in your choices, and find a way of feeding that feels sustainable for you and your family.

Bodywork for Babies

Using light, responsive touch, I work with your baby's cues to support relaxation, body awareness, movement, and nervous system regulation. Sessions may be especially supportive for babies experiencing tension, feeding challenges, a preference for turning one direction, difficulty settling, or simply needing a little extra support as they adjust and grow.

There is no forcing, fixing, or rushing. Your baby leads the way, and you stay right alongside them. When appropriate, I may also offer simple techniques you can use at home to continue supporting your baby's comfort and connection.
