Pregnancy Loss Support

Grounded care for the days, weeks, and months following pregnancy loss. Together we honor your experience while supporting your body’s recovery, your emotional wellbeing, and the unfolding of grief at your own pace.

Pregnancy Loss Grief Circle

A gently held space for those navigating pregnancy loss to gather, share, and be witnessed in their grief. This circle offers compassionate community, reflection, and support as you move through healing at your own pace.

Termination Support

As you navigate the decisions, appointments, procedures, and emotions that may come with ending a pregnancy. We can help you understand your options, prepare for appointments, advocate for your needs and choices, and create space to process your experience in whatever way feels right for you.

There is no right way to feel, and no right way to move through this experience. Sometimes support looks like information and advocacy. Sometimes it looks like a quiet presence, a cup of tea, time to rest, making art, journaling, getting outside, or simply having someone there who will listen.

Support may include:

  • Exploring potential treatments and procedures

  • Preparing for and accompanying you to medical appointments

  • Support with questions, communication, and self-advocacy

  • Practical and household support during physical recovery

  • Space to process emotions and experiences without judgment

  • Gentle, grounding activities such as art, journaling, time in nature, or whatever feels supportive to you
